  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By downloading, installing, or using Tap Until Regret: Rescue Game (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).
    If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

    We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with this Agreement.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the App or its content.

  1. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement, cheat, or misuse the App.
    Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the App.
  2. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
That gameplay will improve reflexes, coordination, or health outcomes
Use of the App is at your own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company/Developer Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

This includes (but is not limited to) data loss, device malfunction, or health-related outcomes.
