This Refund & Subscription Policy explains the terms regarding in-app purchases, subscription billing, cancellations, and refund requests for the Tap Until Regret: Rescue Game mobile application, operated by Codewright Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd. By making a purchase in the App, you agree to this policy.

  1. Subscription and In-App Purchases
    Tap Until Regret: Rescue Game offers premium features through monthly and yearly subscription plans.
    Payments are processed via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
    Tap Until Regret: Rescue Game does not store or process payment information.
  2. Free Trial (If Applicable)
    If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
    Users can cancel the free trial via Google Play Store or Apple App Store before the billing date.
  3. Billing and Auto-Renewal
    All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
    Renewal charges are applied automatically through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  4. Refund Policy
    Refunds are only permitted under the following conditions:

Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 36 hours of purchase.
Yearly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the app, you may request a refund.
Unauthorized Purchases: If a purchase was made without your authorization, contact your respective app store immediately.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    You can cancel your subscription at any time via your app store settings.
    Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
    No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
  2. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
    If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, your account may be restricted until the issue is resolved.
    We encourage users to contact us first before initiating disputes.
  3. Changes to This Policy
    We reserve the right to update this Refund & Subscription Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications and our website.
  4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    This policy is governed by the laws of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
    Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
